Exploring Creation With Apologia General Science

After trying to work with the 7th grade Abeka science textbook, my daughter and I realized we were not getting the results we wanted. We love the book but don't feel it can be our main text. Earlier in the year we had begun Apologia General Science but had to lay it down due to family illness. While I was focused on getting better the girls went back to using Abeka because it is what they have always used. The books are beautiful and filled with wonderful information but the information just wasn't sticking. We are once again trying Apologia and will be using the super blogspot of Marty Sahm at http://www.homeschoolersresources.blogspot.com/ . The resources are fantastic!! My daughter has asked that I put links for her so she can easily find what she needs for each module. I will do my best to help her love learning science! :)

  1. Hi! I'm Marty Sahm! =)
I found your blog through a comment you posted at another blog that has the SOTW videos. So I came here to see what you had posted for Creation to Christ, and saw you had posted my link! =)
It is so cool to find other bloggers who compile videos too. =)
    Thank you!

    1. Oh,Wow! What an honor for me to have a post from you, Marty! You were the inspiration for this site. Yours was the first site I had ever seen with class resources posted for fast and easy use. My daughters and I were so impressed we set out to make our own. I am still learning how to pull it all together but it has been pretty fun. Lots of long nights but it's great to see the smiles on the faces of my children. Thank you for your great website that has meant so much to us!

    2. Hey again! I meant to reply... but was busy at the time, and the email notification eventually got pushed way down to the bottom of my emails! I was trying to clean out a few this morning and saw the notification again. lol.
So glad someone can use what I've posted. And thank *you.* I feel flattered by your compliments. =)
So glad your daughters are loving what you're doing for them. It is a lot of work, but worth it. =)
      Happy Homeschooling! =)
